Our Workshops
*A minimum number of participants is required for each class to commence

Upcycled Natural Terrarium
Fee: $95
Lesson time : 12pm to 1:30pm
Design a natural up-cycled terrarium which is a self-sustaining ecosystem created within a repurposed container, blending sustainability and beauty. Typically housed in jars, the system features layers of substrate and nutrient-rich soil. These layers support mosses, ferns, and small plants that thrive in humid environments. “Upcycling” gives new life to forgotten jars, turning them into homes for thriving greenery while reducing waste. Designed to mimic natural cycles, the terrarium requires minimal maintenance and is an excellent way to bring nature indoors.

Introduction to Isopods
Fee: $65
Lesson time : 130pm to 3pm
Embark on a journey into the miniature world of isopods, the unsung heroes of the ecosystem, with our Introduction to Isopods workshop. Uncover the vital role these small creatures play in maintaining a healthy environment and learn how to create bioactive habitats where they can thrive. Through hands-on activities and expert guidance, you'll gain a deeper understanding of isopod behavior, their diverse roles in decomposition, and the importance of creating sustainable ecosystems. By the end of the workshop, you'll take home your very own isopod enclave, a miniature world teeming with life and a testament to the power of these tiny creatures.
