A parent-accompanied workshop that combines interactive storytelling, movement, and simple yoga with tactile props to create an engaging early learning experience for babies and their caregivers. Based on Eric Hill’s beloved story Where’s Spot?, families will explore the story through playful yoga poses and sensory props inspired by the hidden animals, bringing the book to life in a meaningful and memorable way.

For hygiene purposes, especially for our young participants, yoga mats will not be provided. Each family is kindly requested to bring their own yoga mat for the workshop.
